Adolescent 2 Adult (a2A) Program

Earn rewards for taking care of yourself!

Even though you’re not in Foster Care anymore, you still have STAR Health insurance through Superior HealthPlan until you’re 21. Superior wants to encourage healthy habits. So we created the Adolescent to Adult (a2A) Rewards Program just for you. This program offers you rewards for taking control of your health.

Members can earn up to $95 a year for:

  • $25 for completing a Texas Health Steps checkup, also known as Early and Periodic Screening Diagnostic and Treatment (EPSDT), (one per year).
  • $30 for completing an initial or 6-month dental checkup, (one reward per year).
  • $20 for an annual cervical cancer screening exam (one reward per year, females only).
  • $20 for getting a flu shot (one per flu season).

You can also get a $50 grant for education, utilities, transportation, and more (one per year.)
