Temporary EVV Policies for the February 2021 Severe Winter Weather

In response to the recent severe winter weather, Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) issued Temporary Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Policies for Severe Winter Weather (PDF). The flexibilities are for dates of service from February 10, 2021 through February 24, 2021. The flexibilities are for program providers, Financial Management Services Agencies (FMSAs) and Consumer Directed Services (CDS) employers required to use EVV.
