Secure Provider Portal Login

Providers who access Superior’s Secure Provider Portal from an outdated link may receive an error message. This is due to an “HTTP 401 Error,” which is a result of providers using an outdated link to Superior’s portal. 

This is not a technical issue with the portal. To fix the issue, providers will need to take the following steps: 

  1. Visit SuperiorHealthPlan.com
  2. Hover over For Providers, then use the drop-down and click Secure Portal Login.
  3. Once on the Secure Portal Login web page, click login/register
  4. After being directed to the Secure Provider Portal web page, save the link to favorites to replace any old link that may have been saved.
