Going from pregnancy, labor and birth, to welcoming a new child is exciting and a huge responsibility. It is a big change and every pregnancy is different. Superior HealthPlan’s commitment is to your health. We want to make sure you’re healthy throughout your entire pregnancy and after birth.
No matter how smoothly your delivery went or whether this is your first baby, a postpartum visit with your doctor in the first few weeks after birth is important to check your healing and care for your health.
You can earn a $50 reward* for completing a postpartum visit within 7-84 days of delivery. Members are eligible to receive rewards once per delivery. The reward is loaded onto a prepaid card. Learn more about this and other healthy activities that are eligible for rewards on our rewards webpage.
Your postpartum visit will help make sure your body is healing after delivery. Many changes have happened to your body, health, and life since you’ve last seen your provider. In addition to the physical exam, you and your provider may also talk about your:

- Reproductive Health and Family Planning
- General Wellness
