New Program to Support Members with Substance Use Disorder

Superior has partnered with StrongWell to positively impact the lives of members, including those who are pregnant or postpartum, who are currently in recovery or wanting to live in recovery from substance use. StrongWell’s unique Care + Community approach works in conjunction with your member’s current care plan to provide both personal counseling sessions and community resource support.
StrongWell’s licensed behavioral health professionals, Certified Peer Recovery Specialists and Registered Nurses are available to provide additional recovery support required for your vulnerable members. Based on need, an individualized care plan will be created to provide the support necessary to help facilitate a successful recovery.
The ultimate goal of the StrongWell program is to help members find or maintain recovery and live healthier lives. Support can be provided virtually, in the home, in the community or in a provider office.
On March 25th, from 4:00 PM-4:30 PM (CST), Superior will be hosting a forum for providers. During this event, a Superior Medical Director will discuss our partnership with the StrongWell program. To see details and register, please visit StrongWell Program Provider Forum.
