As a member, you have many benefits. Your benefits are the services Superior covers. It’s important that you understand your benefits. We can help you get the most from your coverage and manage your health. For example:
- Finding a doctor or another provider.
- Understanding your Rights and Responsibilities.
- Securing Service Coordination for complex conditions.
- Determining where to go for after-hours care.
- Understanding available medications.
- Asking for a copy of the member handbook or provider directory.
- Requesting a new Superior member ID card.
You can also use our secure member portal or mobile app to:
- Change your Primary Care Provider (PCP).
- Update your personal information.
- Find pharmacy benefit information.
- Send Superior a message.
We also offer language services for members. Language assistance includes interpreter services, auxiliary aids/services, and other alternative formats are available to you free of charge by calling the number on the back of your Superior ID Card. An interpreter can help you find out more about your benefits and help you during medical appointments.
