Cervical Cancer: Early Signs and How to Stay Safe

Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables that are high in vitamins A, C and E can help prevent cervical cancer. Getting your screening for cervical cancer is the best way to prevent it from forming. These screenings can find abnormal cells that can cause cancer early on. Talk to your doctor about when you should receive a cervical cancer screening.
