A New Name for Superior's Pharmacy and Vision Providers

Superior’s prescription and vision provider have a new name.

US Script recently changed its name to Envolve Pharmacy Solutions. Superior’s vision provider, Total Vision Health Plan, also has a new name. They are now called Envolve Vision of Texas.

Please note, there will not be any changes to pharmacy or vision benefits.
