Behavioral Health Providers: Tips and Resources for 11/1 Integration

Beginning November 1, 2017, management of behavioral health functions will transition from Cenpatico (a subsidiary of Envolve PeopleCare) to Superior HealthPlan.

- Contact your local Superior Account Manager with any questions. You can find your Account Manager by visiting https://www.SuperiorHealthPlan.com/providers/resources/find-my-provider-rep.html.
- Participate in upcoming Superior trainings, or schedule a one-on-one training at your facility, to learn more about Superior's products, processes and procedures. - Advise your billing department, appointment desk, admissions and authorization referral coordinators of this integration to avoid confusion when a patient calls or visits.
- Verify Superior has the correct address, telephone number, NPI and Tax ID for your practice with your Account Manager or by calling Provider Services at 1-877-391-5921.
- Register to utilize Superior's Secure Provider Portal (if you do not currently utilize this portal) by visiting Provider.SuperiorHealthPlan.com.
