Do You Get Bills From Your Doctor?

Superior members should always use Superior doctors. You should not be billed for services covered by Medicaid.
Tell us if you get bills for:

  • Doctor appointments
  • Physical therapy
  • Transportation services
  • Facilities (like emergency rooms)

    • We can help you. Call Superior Member Services at 1-866-912-6283. Tell us what type of bill you are getting.
    We need to know:

  • Name of the doctor or facility
  • Date your child was seen at the doctor’s office
  • Account number to the bill
  • Number to the doctors or facility that is billing you

    • Remember: Do not go to a doctor who is not your child’s primary care physician without first getting approval from Superior. If you do, Superior will not pay the other doctor, and you may get billed for the services.
